Winners of our 2018 Chef Challenge / Competitions:

Chef Quang Dang of Araxi Restaurant & Oyster Bar won the $5000 prize at the FortisBC Chef Challenge, with runner up Chef Matthias Fong of River Cafe taking home $1500. Thanks also to Garland Canada and Bargreen Ellingson!

Scott B. of Big Shucker Catering won the Fanny Bay Oysters Shucking Competition and a spot at the PEI International Shellfish Festival to compete against the World’s best shuckers. Thanks also to Air Canada and Comox Valley Airport (YQQ).
