FortisBC BC Seafood Festival Chef Challenge
Competition Dates: June 15 – 16, 2019
- All chefs, currently working at a restaurant, are welcome apply
Preliminary Chef Challenge
Chefs will be given a black box of ingredients and must prepare an entrée dish in a 45 minute preliminary heat. Each Chef is allowed to bring 2 secret ingredients to create their dish. From the 1 dish prepared, Chefs will prepare 4 plates, one plate for each judge for tasting, 4th plate will be used for visual display for judges.
