This delectable and delicious MasterClass is a fan-favourite and here’s why…

First Course, Prawn Cocktail: Guests are served a traditional Prawn / Seafood Cocktail (the seafood salad variety) in a stemless martini glass. Guests will then “follow us” as Wayward’s Mixologist make a super fun gin or vodka version of a ‘Prawn Cocktail’ that guests can drink!

Second Course, Oyster Luge: Guests will shuck a Mac’s oyster and pour the “oyster juice” into a mixing jar, build a cocktail in the mixing jar, clear the oyster (yum!) and then pour the cocktail into the “Oyster Luge” (the shell) to drink.


Learn to Shuck

Roll up your sleeves and jump into the deep end of oyster shucking with Guinness Book of World Record holder for oyster shucking, Shucker Paddy, as your guide. During this intimate, hands-on MasterClass, Shucker Paddy will show you how to shuck like there’s no tomorrow. You’ll learn about the differences between fresh BC oysters, their different shells from thin to thick, and how to adjust shucking techniques to crack into and enjoy the world of fresh BC oysters.
