Learn the basics of Oysters: the Big 5 Species, understanding their merroir, and more. Guests will roll-up their sleeves and get inside tips on how to buy, handle, shuck and present your favourite Oysters at home to dazzle your friends with your new found skill of shucking and cooking the bi-valve.
