Lead by Chef JC Felicella, members of Junior Culinary Team Canada present a remarkable three course lunch worthy of the most prestigious restaurants, featuring a re-enactment of the international gastronomy, multi-flavoured menu items the Team showcased at the World Culinary Olympics in Stuttgard, Germany. This journey of the senses will delight guests with firsthand tastes of this mouth-watering menu prepared by promising, up-and-coming Chefs, without any of the Germany jet lag.
