Chef Lesley Stav is a Red Seal Chef and is currently President of the North Vancouver Island Culinary Association. She is also Culinary Federation Ethics Chair and sits on the CF National Board.

She is on the BC Skills Competition Technical Committee and a Director on the BC Culinary Arts Foundation.

As well Chef Lesley is a member of Les Dames d’Escoffier-BC Chapter. Along with sitting on Les Dames Scholarship Committee she is 2nd Vice President.
