Thank you for attending this year’s Baked n’ Boiled, a new event for the 2018 line-up, that was a rousing success! This slurp-tastic seafood boil featured endless Mac’s Oysters Ltd clams, mussels, and more, together with spicy chorizo, fingerling potatoes, petite vegetables in a fennel citrus broth with lobster sauce, crouton, anchovy aioli – all proudly prepared by Culinary Team BC! Guests also enjoyed Shelter Point Distillery tastings, with musical entertainment by The Whiskeydicks, the Celtic gypsy party rockers. And – because we’re not shellfish – all Baked n’ Boiled guests ALSO received access to the LIVE In Filberg Park concert on-site following the dinner, featuring Enter The Haggis with guests Rockcod, a fundraiser for the Filberg Heritage Lodge & Park Association!
