Fanny Bay Oysters Shucking Competition

Proudly sponsored by Fanny Bay Oysters, British Columbia’s top shuckers compete at this growing competition held during the Shucked! Oyster Bar Happy Hour event at the BC Seafood Festival on Saturday June 22!

All pre-registered and confirmed shuckers will receive

  • Two complimentary tickets for their friends and family to attend Shucked! to watch them compete and are expected to shuck at an oyster producer station during the Shucked!
  • Local travel expenses for ferry and gas (lower mainland / Vancouver Island)
  • One or two nights of on-mountain accommodation
  • Meals (while on site)
  • A participation gift, courtesy of Fanny Bay Oysters
  • Complimentary access to the Saturday morning Irish Breakfast event or the Sunday morning Seafood breakfast roll event

National and International shuckers are welcome to apply and request additional travel expense consideration.
