    Tushar Tondvalkar is a Chef and the Founder of The Indian Pantry, also serving as the culinary director at Kismet winery in Oliver. Known for his modern Indian dining experiences, he honed his skills at top Vancouver restaurants like Bauhaus and Blue Water Café. As the executive chef of Mumbai Local in Vancouver, he showcased his talent. Tushar enriched his expertise through internships at prestigious spots like Gaggan and Gaa in Bangkok, both holding two Michelin stars. He aims to change how people view Indian cuisine in the West, delighting in sharing the diverse flavours of India. Fun fact: He won Season 1 Episode 4 of “Chefs Vs Wild” on Hulu and Disney+.
