BC Seafood Market Pavilion – Food Booth Sign Up

Restaurants and seafood producers interested in showcasing/selling their seafood tastes, creations and/or retail items to the general public and Festival guests at the 2024 BC Seafood Market Pavilion area can apply now. The outdoor BC Seafood Market Pavilion will welcome guests on the Saturday and Sunday of the Festival. A confirmation of your space and participation, as well as move-in and site & event logistic details, will be provided once all forms and info are received.

10 x 10 self-contained Seafood Tasting Station

• Price: $600
• Non-profit price: $250

Please note:

• Food Trucks currently not permittable.
• All participating booths will require VIHA approvals and paperwork to be permitted on site. Download VIHA form here.
• Vendors must be prepared to deal with all sales/cash systems.

Please note that booths are provided:

• Hand washing stations are dispersed as per VIHA regulations
• 1 x 6′ table

Booths can bring their own (if required):

• Table
• Chairs
• 10×10 tent
• Table linen
• Garbage cans & garbage bags
• Extension cords
• Company signage
• Menu & Prices signage

Booth schedule:

• Booth move in Friday June 21 between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM, or before 9:00 AM on Saturday.
• Booth schedule is Saturday 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM and Sunday 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
• Booth take down Sunday after 3:00 PM. No take down before 3:00 PM
