BC Seafood Market Pavilion – Education, Interactive & Industry Trade Booth Sign Up

The BC Seafood Festival attracts both industry and the general public to learn about BC seafood, the industry practices and sustainability of our oceans, rivers and lakes.

If you are interested in participating with an seafood related educational, interactive or industry booth in the outdoor BC Seafood Market Pavilion, please complete the following information.

Booths are provided a 10×10 self-contained space and (1) 6ft table. Move-in and site & event logistic details will be emailed in early June.

Please note:

• Pricing to participate: $650.00 (Non profit rates $250.00)

Items not included with your space – that you can choose to bring or not:

• 10×10 tent
• Table linen
• Garbage cans & garbage bags
• Extension cords
• Company signage
• Supplies for activity/interactive display

Booth schedule:

• Booth move in Friday June 21 between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM, or before 9:00 AM on Saturday.
• Booth schedule is Saturday 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM and Sunday 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
• Booth take down Sunday after 3:00 PM. No take down before 3:00 PM
