    Chef Garett is the Vice President of the Chefs’ Table Society. Honing his skills in Vancouver for the past decade Chef Garett is now the Executive Restaurant Chef of the Fairmont Banff Springs, where he works with local producers to create the best food Alberta has to offer. He is passionate about utilizing the local, seasonal and sustainable ingredients and driving the industry forward. Chef Garett finds excitement and pride in mastering what our beautiful province has to offer and sharing that knowledge with his apprentices, other chefs and the world.
