    Chef, author, and disrupter of the status quo, Robert Clark, as the Executive Chef of C Restaurant, came to national prominence and was inducted into the BC restaurant Hall of Fame for his creativity and contemporary approach to local seafood.

    As the Chief Culinary Officer at Organic Ocean Seafood, and Co-Host of the TV series, Your Nations Table, Chef Clark continues his advocacy for sustainable seafood and stronger local food systems. In addition to cofounding Ocean Wise and being appointed to the Order of Canada, he is a recipient of the prestigious Murray A. Newman Award for achievement in aquatic conservation, and was named the 2011 SeaWeb Sustainable Seafood Champion for his advocacy
