Chef Will Lew grew up a musician and artist and found his dream of expressing artistry through the medium of cuisine as he worked his way up starting as a dishwasher while earning a degree in animal biology at UBC and working as a violinist. He continued this pursuit of art through the canvas of food and worked his way up to run restaurants and several renowned hotel restaurants in Vancouver. His dream of working for a non-profit organization in supporting the environment and sustainability came true when he became the executive chef of Ocean Wise Conservation Association.
