Shucker Paddy likes to add a couple of Oysters – Fresh & Fried – and now you have the Breakfast of Champions that includes eggs, rashers, sausage, black and white pudding, sautéed mushrooms, grilled tomato, and more. Top it off by making your very own Irish Coffee at the mountain.
